Trust is also earned by developing a relationship with Ace & True Value Hardware. Trust is built with our manufactures when we consistently order $200,000 of product with no credit account. Trust is established when C&R Boger Construction criminally background checks all of its employees prior to employment. Trust is built by “0” complaints with the B.B.B., Department of Labor and Industry, or any other organization in our company’s history. When you develop a good foundation of trust we believe now you can say you have a reputation. A reputation is built by many and can be destroyed by merely one.
Fully Licensed and Insured
It is very important to do business that is fully licensed and insured. Failure to do so could result in a very costly lawsuit brought on by an uninsured installer. If an Installer is injured on the jobsite and the company does not carry the proper insurance, bad news. If the product that is installed on your home is not installed by a fully licensed and Insured company and the product fails, roof leaks your homeowner insurance will not cover the damages. I am sure companies could do the job for less but is it with the risk. C&R Construction has a low price guarantee. We will beat any competitors price by 10%. If you can find a company to do the job and use the same materials and is certified by the manufacture we will refund your money plus an additional 10%!

The Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) was founded in 1909 by a group of Seattle builders who saw a need to unite to address the many concerns and issues affecting the housing industry. The homes and communities built by members of MBA are today among the most desirable neighborhoods in which to live anywhere in the world. As A member of Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, all builder, remodeler and associate members agree to abide by the Association ‘s Code of Ethics. By doing so, members demonstrate to the public and to others in their respective fields that they take pride in their profession and will do their best to provide the highest quality work possible.

National Association of The Remodeling Industry
NARI‘s roots go back to 1935 when President Roosevelt’s National Recovery Act established the beginnings of NERSICA (The North East Roofing, Siding and Insulation Contractors Association).
In 1956 President Eisenhower established Operation Home Improvement, a nationwide effort emphasizing the rehabilitation of existing housing rather than new construction. The National Home Improvement Council (N.H.I.C) emerged from this effort.
By the mid-1960s, NERSICA no longer reflected the membership of the growing industry and its name was changed to the National Remodelers Association (NRA).
In 1983, the National Remodelers Association and the National Home Improvement Council joined to establish the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Today, NARI has 58 chapters nationwide and has enjoyed a sizeable growth period during the past decade. In 2000, NARI moved its national headquarters from Alexandria, Virginia, to Des Plaines, Illinois, and as the Voice of the Remodeling IndustryTM, continues to prosper.
NARI’s Core Purpose is to advance and promote the remodeling industry’s professionalism, product and vital public purpose.
American Architectural Manufacturers Association
Since 1936 the American Architectural Manufacturers Association have stood as a strong advocate for manufactures and professionals in the fenestration industry with repsect to: product certification, standards development, education and training, legislative regulation, building and energy codes. (Fenestration: refers to openings in a building such as a window, door skylights and curtain walls and storefronts.)

We purchase internet leads from Service Magic and Reliable Remodeler. After the projects are completed they send out surveys to our customers grading us on our company’s 
performance. We have the highest rating with the companies to date.
Angie’s List
Angie’s List is a pay site. The consumer must pay to be a member. The companies on Angie’s List are actually reported on by members of the site and then verified by Angie’s List employees. Angie’s List is a good place to read verified company reviews.
GAF-Manufacturing
Gaf-Elk sends out a report card to all completed project we install a System Plus Roofs on. The reports are posted on their corporate website. We beat their company average by 8%.

We have a wonderful relationship with Ace Hardware stores. Ace Hardware stores are independently owned and operated and rely on their loyal customers they have earned over the years. We are honored to share store space. You know as well as I do that Home depot or Lowes may have lower prices, but the lever of customer service cannot even compare with Ace Hardware. ( Ace Hardware founded in Chicago 1924.)
