Positions Available

While there are any number of positions available at any time and these position will fill quickly, here are the currently open positions:

  • Project Managers – Project manager positions are available for our window, roofing and gutter installation teams. Applicants should posses team leading skills and experience as well as knowledge of and experience with the related construction type.
  • Roofing Installers – Skilled laborers are needed to help C&R Boger to install roofing in the communities in which we find ourselves.
  • Window Installers – Skilled laborers are needed to help C&R Boger to install windows in the communities in which we find ourselves.
  • Gutter Installers – Skilled laborers are needed to help C&R Boger to install gutters in the communities in which we find ourselves.
  • Appointment Setters – Competent Individuals who are skilled at or willing to learn to perform marketing tasks to potential customers by use of a telephone.
  • In-Store Greeters – Friendly and outgoing individual that will meet people face to face and attempt to generate a relationship with them for future marketing efforts.
  • Event Staff – Friendly and outgoing individual that will meet people face to face and attempt to generate a relationship with them for future marketing efforts. (Must be willing for some travel.

Window Installers

Expanding home improvement company hiring quality individuals for our Window Install Team

  • Lead installers must have a minimum of 4 years experience in retro-fit window installation.
  • Helpers must have at least one year experience plus excellent caulking skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license that is insurable and must pass criminal background check.
  • This is not commercial work, residential only. NOT LOOKING FOR COMMERCIAL GLAZERS.
  • Helpers wage will start at $12.00 hr with step raises. Leads wages will depend on experience.
